Requirements
- Valid passport (1+ year validity recommended)
- No criminal record certificate (apostilled)
- Proof of sufficient financial means (savings or passive income)
- Private health insurance with full coverage in Spain
- Medical certificate confirming no serious health conditions
- Proof of accommodation in Spain (rental contract or property deed)
