Allows non-EU residents in Spain to bring their immediate family members. The sponsor must have had their residency renewed at least once and demonstrate adequate housing and financial means. Eligible family members include spouse/partner, children under 18, and dependent parents over 65.

Requirements
- Sponsoring family member must hold valid residency permit (renewed at least once)
- Proof of family relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificates - apostilled)
- Proof of adequate housing (municipal certificate - informe de vivienda)
- Proof of sufficient financial means (employment contract, tax returns, bank statements)
- Private health insurance for family members
- No criminal record for family members over 16

Limitations
- Sponsor must have renewed their initial permit at least once
- Housing adequacy inspection required by local municipality
- Financial threshold increases with each family member
- Parents can only be reunified if over 65 (exceptions for dependency)
- Processing can be slow, especially for consular appointments
