- Valid passport
- No criminal record certificate
- Investment proof: EUR 500,000+ real estate, EUR 1M+ bank deposits, EUR 1M+ shares in Spanish companies, or EUR 2M+ government bonds
- Private health insurance with full coverage in Spain
- Proof of sufficient financial means beyond investment
- No prior rejected visa applications to Spain
