Spain's visa for remote workers and digital nomads, introduced under the 2022 Startups Law. Allows non-EU nationals to live in Spain while working remotely for foreign employers or as freelancers serving international clients. Requirements
- Valid passport (6+ months validity)
- No criminal record certificate (apostilled)
- Remote employment contract or freelance proof with non-Spanish company
- Private health insurance with full coverage in Spain
- Minimum income proof (bank statements, contracts)
- Proof of at least 1 year professional experience in remote work

Limitations
